In 2013 I started to hear the term "utmattningsyndrom" and "burnout" being used everywhere. I felt that there were too many people out on sick leave that didn't need to be and there wasn't a system in place to help prevent it. So out of that need, The Office Yogi was born. What if we could stop wearing stress as a badge of honour? What if we were able to tackle our work with precision, creativity and ease? What if we could learn how to communicate better with our colleagues and with ourselves?
