Office Yoga
Classic Yoga Asana Classes
A 55 minute classic yoga class held on either yoga mats or on chairs. All classes are suitable for all levels and are build around the collective need of the participants.
Mindfulness Meditation
A 50 minute sitting led mindfulness meditation class to heighten awareness of the present moment and of ourselves.
